As a Life Coach & therapist, I believe in guiding my clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience and wisdom through holistic therapies & coaching. I believe everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life to create emotional wellbeing. I will walk beside you to achieve this.
I bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field, working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and guiding them through life’s challenges. With a strong foundation in mental health nursing, I offer a holistic approach to coaching and therapies, integrating both clinical knowledge and compassionate support to empower clients in their personal growth and emotional wellbeing. I am currently studying Root Cause Therapy (RCT) and hope to be able to provide this by April 2025.
I have a diverse background in mental health including a masters of mental health degree. My areas of expertise are young adults and trauma. I also work with people affected by addiction, depression, anxiety, bi-polar, stress and more.
